Welcome to timecards in ProVenture

We’re excited to make it easier and faster to track hours. The ProVenture app's Timecards feature lets you enter shifts, upload timesheets, submit weekly hours, and track approvals—all in one place. Whether at one facility or moving between assignments, this guide helps you submit time confidently each week. Let’s get started!


Downloading the App & Logging In

Before using Timecards in ProVenture, download the app and sign in with your ProVenture credentials. Follow these quick steps to set up:

1. Download the ProVenture App

The app is available for both iPhone and Android devices.
  • For iPhone, open the App Store and search for “ProVenture.”

  • For Android devices, open the Google Play Store and search for “ProVenture.”

Select the app, tap Download/Install, and wait for the installation to complete.


2. Log In withith Your ProVenture Credentials

Once the app is installed:

  1. Open the ProVenture app on your device.

  2. Enter your ProVenture email.

    • You must use the same email that is tied to your current job assignment.

    • If you're unsure which email is associated with your assignment, contact your recruiter for assistance.

  3. Tap Continue.

  4. Enter your password on the login screen.

  5. Tap Sign In to access your home screen.

If you experience any trouble accessing your account or setting your password, use the “Forgot Password” option or contact your recruiter for assistance.


3. You’re In!

After logging in, you’ll see your assignments and can access your weekly Timecards. From here, you’re ready to start entering your hours and managing your workweek easily.
