A recognized healthcare business and technology leader for more than 25 years, Scott L’Heureux joined Jackson Healthcare over 20 years ago. He currently oversees and shapes the strategic business development and operations of a group of companies in the Jackson portfolio: Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Therapy Partners, Jackson Nurse Professionals, Jackson PharmacyPros, Kirby Bates Associates, Avant Healthcare, Healthcare Workforce Logistics, Sullivan Healthcare Consulting and Tyler & Company.

L’Heureux previously was the CEO of Surgical Information Systems, recognized as a best in KLAS provider of surgical software to leading hospitals throughout the US. With a dedication to creating products and services that directly impact the quality of patient care, his ability to recognize and nurture talent across an organization has led to a variety of management roles that include EnableSoft Software, McKesson, IBAX Healthcare (a subsidiary of IBM and Baxter), and Pharmacia Upjohn (now Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals.
Having served in a consultative capacity on numerous external boards and advisory committees, L’Heureux is a current or past member of professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, and Healthcare Financial Management Association. Holding bachelor’s and master's degrees in finance and management from Georgia State University, Scott is an adjunct professor at Seminole State College of Florida and serves on the advisory board for the business school.

A native Central Floridian, L’Heureux lives in Winter Springs with his wife and two children.

Bobbi Henson is president of Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Therapy Partners, and Jackson PharmacyPros. Our group of allied brands provides highly skilled therapists and allied healthcare professionals for short and long-term contracts, contract-to-hire, direct hire and teletherapy needs – and Jackson PharmacyPros is a full-service pharmacy staffing agency that connects highly skilled candidates to pharmacy settings nationwide. In her role, she shapes and guides the companies’ overarching strategies for recruitment, sales, business development and client services.

With more than 30 years of staffing experience, Bobbi’s progressive leadership style is the guiding force behind a dynamic culture that fosters leadership development, longevity and an inclusive, supportive and results-driven team environment. Prior to her current position, Bobbi was senior vice president of operations for Jackson Healthcare’s nurse, allied and healthcare staffing and technology brands. In this role, she spearheaded initiatives for shared service teams, including IT, finance and accounting, credentialing and compliance, marketing and housing.

Other leadership roles she has held include vice president of recruitment for Healthtrust, formerly Parallon Workforce Solutions, and vice president of operations for Nursefinders Travel, part of Nursefinders, Inc., providing sales and operational leadership for three travel brands: Nursefinders Travel, National Healthcare Staffing and Medfinders Travel.

Driven by a commitment to giving back, Bobbi serves on the board for the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO) and volunteers for several nonprofit organizations, including One-Heart, Great Oaks Village and Second Harvest Food Bank.

As Senior Vice President of Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Therapy Partners, and Jackson PharmacyPros, Karly McIntyre leads our Client Services and Recruitment teams, ensuring best in industry experience for both clients and clinicians. Joining Jackson Therapy Partners in 2022, Karly brings more than 13 years of experience directing multiple sales and recruitment divisions in the technology staffing and services industry. In her role as Senior Vice President, Karly is responsible for leading a high-performance sales and recruitment organization, overseeing a comprehensive strategic accounts program, driving an aggressive customer and consultant growth strategy, and delivering the highest of quality service to our customers. She is highly focused on ensuring we understand and meet the needs of every customer and clinician we serve with the goal of improving patient care across the country.

Karly received her Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Florida. She currently lives in Melbourne, FL with her husband, daughter and two sons.

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Nancy Rudella oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Therapy Partners, Jackson Nurse Professionals, and Jackson PharmacyPros including; organizational, talent and leadership development, recruiting, benefits, associate engagement, employee relations and risk management.

Prior to joining Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Nurse Professionals, Jackson PharmacyPros, and Jackson Therapy Partners, Nancy served as the Director of Human Resources for Wyndham Vacation Ownership where she provided human resources support to approximately 1,500 associates including the executive leadership team.

Nancy spent 15 years with Wyndham Worldwide and Wyndham Vacation Ownership holding various leadership positions within Human Resources. Nancy completed coursework in Human Resources at Thomas Edison State College and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Organizational Development Network.

Nancy resides in Orlando, Florida.

I have spent the last 14 years working in the healthcare staffing space, all within the Allied sector.  I started as a territory account manager and worked my way up through leadership, wearing many different hats along the way, including overseeing teams in account management and supplier engagement, as well as leading new teams through acquisition/integration. Additionally, I was involved or spearheaded various projects and initiatives, including the launching the first Employee Resource Group, training and onboarding, organizational change management champion, and more. As a leader, I love new challenges and experiences, as well as finding ways to improve the lives of others – whether at work or beyond. 

For me, beyond work includes an amazing family – a wonderful husband and 3 amazing kids (16, 6, and 2). We live in Port Orange and have been in Florida for the past 4 years. Prior to that, we moved quite a bit, residing in Hot Springs, Arkansas, St. Louis, Missouri, and Dallas, TX (which is where I was born and raised). We are enjoying Florida and try to take advantage of all it has to offer!

Outside of spending time with my family, I love to workout, read, paint, and be around great people. I am an aspiring meditator, unskilled (but enthusiastic) singer, and self-proclaimed toddler chef.

Joining the team in 2013, Rochelle Sebesta is the Marketing Director for Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Therapy Partners, and Jackson PharmacyPros, and overseeing all aspects of marketing for all three allied brands. Rochelle has been instrumental in driving effective lead generation, improving user experience, optimizing community touchpoints, and integrating AI solutions into a greater marketing strategy. Rochelle began her career at Jackson Therapy Partners as a Marketing Manager overseeing both the therapy and nursing brands before she moved into her current position, leading the marketing for three allied brands. With a love for PPC marketing, lead generation, and authentic brand building, Rochelle is focused on creating meaningful lifelong experiences for allied healthcare professionals.

A huge fan of HubSpot, Marketing Experiments, and the Harmon Brothers, Rochelle believes that collaboration is the source of any successful marketing strategy and enjoys challenging her team to think outside the box.
