Once you've decided on an assignment, your Credentialing Coordinator will reach out to help you through the compliance phase of onboarding and submitting any required documents. As a Joint Commission accredited agency, we're required to get (most) everything below prior to starting your first day. Sometimes your facility may require additional items, but no matter what, we'll help you stay on track.
- Completion of your New Hire Packet
- Completed Consumer Authorization Form
- Completion of a drug screen within 48 hours of receiving the information. Your dedicated coordinator will set-up your drug screen at a location close to you.
- Completed competency exams
- Notarized I-9 Supporting Documents
- Immunization and medical documents
- Copy of BLS Certification (AHA/ARC, copy of front & back, signed)
- Copy of State License with Renewal Date (If applicable)
- Copy of National Certificate (If applicable)
Upon successfully completing all your credentialing steps, bring a valid picture ID issued by a state, federal, or regulatory agency to your facility on your first day.
