This program pays up to $500 for every qualifying referral you make! You'll get paid every time your referrals complete their first contract with us! 

Referral Rewards

Increase your paycheck and get paid an extra one dollar per hour ($1.00) for every regular hour your referral works. Talk to your recruiter if you'd like to sign-up for Referral Rewards!

Here's How Referral Rewards Works for you

Earn as much as you want on Referral Rewards, there's no cap on it. This means that as long as your referrals are working, you're increasing your paycheck (as long as it fits the program guidelines described below). You can also refer as many healthcare travelers as you want - there's no cap here either! If you’re unsure about the specialties that qualify, your recruiter can help.

Payments are distributed monthly, on the 15th of the following month, so to get started, simply tell your recruiter and they'll sign you up. If the person you refer takes a break from working at Jackson HealthPros, payments will resume if they return within six months.

To earn rewards on your referrals, you need to be working with Jackson HealthPros, but even if you’re not currently on an assignment, you can still qualify for other referral bonuses by speaking with a recruiter. Either way, your kindness to us will always be returned.

Referral Rewards Guidelines & Insights

To be and remain eligible for Referral Rewards the referrer must be currently working, have current and accurate contact information on file with Jackson HealthPros, and be in good standing with Jackson HealthPros. 

Program Guidelines

  • This referral payment program only applies to referrals of individuals that have never worked for JHP before, and there is no guarantee that each referral will be hired.
  • Federal, state, and local taxes will be deducted from the referral payment.
  • JHP staff and family members are not eligible for the referral payments program.
  • In the event that any person you referred takes a break from employment at JHP, payments will resume if the referral returns within six months.
  • In order to receive payment, referral must work 30 days without termination.
  • Referral needs to be registered prior to start date.

Payout Insights

  • You will receive payments each month that the person or persons you referred works for JHP, as long as you remain eligible for the program.
  • There is no limit to the number of hours which you can be paid.
  • Monthly payments are not paid on holiday, call-back, vacation, on-call, or orientation/training hours.
  • JHP has the right to change or end the monthly payment options at any time. If this happens, you will be paid a one-time fee for each person you have referred who is working at that time.
  • Payment is distributed monthly (15th of the following month).
  • Timecards must be turned in to receive payment (No minimum hours required).
